- Click "Apply Now" on our homepage or go to the sign-up page to create an account. Once registered as a customer, you can start the loan application from your dashboard. The application walks you through the required steps and documents.
- How long does the application review take?
- We typically review applications within 24–48 hours. You will receive an email when there is an update. You can also check your dashboard for status.
- What documents do I need?
- Common requirements include ID, proof of income (pay stubs, W-2s, tax returns), bank statements, and information about the property. The application and your loan officer will specify what we need for your situation.
- Are you licensed?
